Vicki Brown – President and CEO
Since the beginning, Vicki has driven DPI’s entrepreneurial spirit and customer focus. Early on, she recognized the value of solid, quality fundamentals and implemented Boeing’s D1-9000 certification procedures, which still form the foundation of DPI’s daily business practices.

Vicki enjoys her summer golf league, snow skiing, gardening, scuba diving, and yachting at Newport Beach. Her favorite activity is picking wild blueberries at her summer home in southern Maine. She is also the founder of “Sowing Seeds for Life,” a national non-profit organization that provides food and necessities to needy families, and serves as a board member for a local hospital.

Working out of DPI’s Central Regional Office, Kevin is a long-term resident of central Arkansas. He received a BS in Electronics Engineering and an MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. His interests include digital photography, playing the guitar, and singing with his brothers as a gospel trio.

Jonathan Harrod  – Sales/Program Manager
After serving for 10 years in the U.S. Army, including a year in Iraq in 1991, Jonathan joined DPI in 1997. He has assumed various roles at the company, including Field Service Technician, Technician Manager, and Quality Assurance Manager. He has a Criminal Justice degree and is currently pursuing a DER appointment with the FAA.

Jonathan enjoys riding his Harley and creating Web sites for businesses and charities. He has extensive knowledge of Cancer, MS and Parkinson’s Disease. He aspires to retire as a millionaire at the age of 40.

Olga Olvera – Order Entry
Olga joined DPI in 2002 as a Sales Administrator. Her responsibilities continue to expand, and today she assists in New and Repair/Rework Sales, Document Control, Customer Service, Human Resources, Accounting, and Payroll. Olga has also pursued an Associate’s Degree in World Travel Management. Her interests include all sports, with a special affinity for tennis. Her new baby, Alexis, is keeping her busy and she loves being a mom.

Engineering

Lawrence Chu – Engineering Manager
Lawrence has been an R&D Engineer for DPI since the company’s inception. He’s skilled in mechanical and electrical designs, and his former work experience includes Technical Management, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Electronics, Embedded Programming, and Government Projects.

Born in Vietnam, Lawrence is a degreed engineer with a BSEE from Taiwan Chen-Kung University. He became a U.S. citizen in 1986. He enjoys photography and traveling, and loves to solve technical challenges of any kind.

Creighton Hart – Software Development
Creighton has been at DPI since 1997, having been lured from an industrial automation company where he was an engineer. He holds a BSEE and is currently pursuing a certificate program in Embedded Systems Engineering.

Born and raised in Southern California, Creighton’s interests include traveling to see family in France and Brazil, biking, reading, friends, and food.

Production/Materials

Carlos Andrade – Production Manager
Carlos has been with DPI for more than 20 years. His roles have included Electronics Assembler, CNC Programmer, Machine Shop Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor, Safety Manager, and Production Manager.

Carlos has a Manufacturing Technology degree and an Electronic Assembly certificate from local colleges. He enjoys scuba diving and spending time with friends and family.

Luis Gonzalez – Materials Manager
Luis has been with DPI for more than 20 years, having served in the areas of Document Control, Planning and Purchasing, and Production Management. A Business Administration graduate, his skill and experience provide a winning combination for DPI.

Luis served in the U.S. Navy and has received his FAA DMIR appointment. He enjoys soccer, baseball, basketball, and traveling.

Evelyn Lopez – Purchasing
Prior to joining DPI as a Stock Room Clerk in 2001, Evelyn served as a Marketing Representative and Production Manager for local organizations. Today, she’s a Junior Buyer, responsible for procuring components required to sustain production.

Evelyn’s interests include collecting antiques and perfume bottles. She also enjoys camping, football, and reading. Most of all, she enjoys being a mom to her three children.

Quality Assurance

Pam Archibald – Vice President of Management Systems/Quality Manager
Pam’s career in Quality Management began in Houston, Texas in 1989. She moved to California in 1996, where she helped a variety of companies achieve ISO 9000 certification. Pam joined DPI in 2000 as a Document and Data Control Manager, and, when she became Quality Assurance Manager in 2001, helped DPI achieve Boeing Approved Supplier status. Pam has a BS in Business Management and is currently working on her Masters. She has plans to expand her education with a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership.

In her spare time, Pam loves to play with her four grandchildren, who keep her busy and young at heart. She also has an English bulldog who thinks he’s human.
